Project Health Report

Project is all about juggling people, data, material, site progress. At any given point of time it is important to know what the result of all these deployments of resources and where project stands compared to what is expected.

A project health report shows the status of important project parameters vis-à-vis its expected figures.

Management does not have time to go into details of each parameter to find out health of the project. The project health report shows the important parameters.

  • Billing V/s Progress
  • Total expenses V/s Budget.
  • Total Billing as % of Contract Value.
  • Money Receipts V/s Cost incurred

• Project heath report is a customised report for each project based on need of the company and the project.

• The heath report not only shows the value of the parameter but it tells if it is Ok or not Ok or critical and follow up action can be planned accordingly.
